“Divorcing God” takes an in-depth look at how the evangelical church prepares young couples for marriage and the expectations the community places on those committing their lives before God.
The film follows two young and charismatic worship leaders at a fast growing church in Charlotte, North Carolina as they prepare for their wedding day and talk about their dreams and expectations and then face the realities and complexities quickly discovered once their two lives are joined.
